In the United States, 49% of pregnancies in women under the age of 34 are neither planned nor intended. The number rises to 75% for women over 40, and a whopping 80% of teen pregnancies are not wanted. Two-out-of-three unplanned teenage pregnancies happen to girls between the ages of 18 and 20—ages where you’d least expect teenage pregnancies to occur. It seems that using effective birth control is not always the priority it should be.

(While IUDs are far more effective for birth control than condoms, using condoms helps prevent the spread of diseases and is far better than using nothing. To find the brand of condoms that work best for you, here are links to condom sampler packs.)

This is an EPUB and not a PDF. We have taken the extra time to create these files so the text will flow correctly and look better on your device. But they don’t necessarily open automatically.
